The Journal is available in English and French. The electronic form of the Journal is the official version. The Journal is also available in a printable HTML format as an alternate official version that contains a search function to narrow and customize the content.
The Journal is available in PDF format and can be downloaded free of charge and viewed and printed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Journal lists trademark applications advertised under subsection 37(1) of the Trademarks Act (the “ Act”), public notices of prohibited marks under section 9 of the Act, statements of the Minister in respect of geographical indications under subsection 11.12(2) of the Act, as well as erratums to previous volumes.
